RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to fall in love with your new accessory or services rendered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase; you have 3 business days from the date the order was received to contact and notify us. Please refer to our contact information at the bottom center of our homepage. As a Dynast, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving the goods for an exchange or credit ONLY. The returned item(s) must be in its' original, unused condition. All customized orders and services are final sale. 
SALES MERCHANDISE
There are no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise.  All sales are final. 
SHIPPING
Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order.  International orders have additional shipping time parameters. We apologize in advance; as shipping costs will not be refunded.
